We have recently committed to Science Based climate targets and will invest SEK 7.4 billion to reach the targets. This, together with our high-paced growth, means we have a great ambition to strengthen the sustainability reporting team with even more stars!

We are now searching for an experienced Sustainability Reporting Manager, a challenging position in one of the most expansive real estate companies in Europe. You will work with highly skilled colleagues in the Group Sustainability team, in close cooperation with the Group Reporting and Controlling team. In addition, you will also receive a great network of colleagues across our ten markets.  The position reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer. Join a highly ambitious team where your skills will be needed in both a strategic and operational perspective. You will be based in our beautiful headquarters in central Malmö, where you can enjoy your lunch with a view or re-charge your batteries in our gym.

In short, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Produce copy and content based on GRI, TCFD, NFRD/CSRD, EU taxonomy and SBTi requirements

  • Contribute to ensure excellence in sustainability reporting (annual, quarterly and CDP reporting)

  • Educate, support, and co-operate with colleagues at group level and country level in all sustainability related reporting content

  • Conduct research/intelligence regarding sustainability reporting

  • Understanding of and keeping up to date on sustainability reporting regulations

  • Support the investment team in answering Investor surveys and requests

  • Contribute to continuous development of work processes within sustainability

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a university degree and gained extensive experience within the field of sustainability reporting from similar roles. If you also have experience from the real estate sector – that is meriting. You are a good writer, tech-savvy, analytical and proactive solution seeker who enjoys working at a fast pace, and who can prioritize between different assignments and tasks. You are passionate about knowledge and development in your field, an expertise you really want to share with others to win as a team! As the reports are produced in both English and Swedish, written and verbal fluent skills in both languages are required.
